Funny Stuff

Here are some assorted funny illustrations that have recently been added to iFindSermons.com database.

Walking On Water:

A mother was watching her four year-old son playing outside in a small plastic pool half-filled with water. He was happily walking back and forth across the pool, making big splashes.

Suddenly, the little boy stopped, stepped out of the pool, and began to scoop water out of the pool with a pail.

"Why are you pouring the water out, dear?" asked the mother.

"Because my teacher said Jesus walked on water, and this water doesn't work," he replied.

 Child Assistance:

A man was walking through a lovely park with a wide path where people could jog, run their dogs or ride trail bikes. As he descended a hill, he saw a woman coming toward him, pushing a stroller with two toddlers in it.

"We're coming to a hill," the mother announced to her children, "so you'll have to help me -- are you ready?"

The man wondered how the little ones could be of assistance, but as he passed by he heard them earnestly repeating their encouragement:

"I think I can, I think I can..."

Fifty People Swindled:

A newsboy was standing on the corner with a stack of papers, yelling, "Read all about it. Fifty people swindled! Fifty people swindled!"

Curious, a man walked over, bought a paper, and checked the front page. Finding nothing, the man said, "There's nothing in here about fifty people being swindled."

The newsboy ignored him and went on, calling out, "Read all about it. Fifty-one people swindled!"
